This is a period of great change in the history of Europe. We hope that the working of our Association can contribute to a better understanding of theories, peoples and ideas both between Western and Eastern countries and between the North and the South of the world. We hope moreover that the conflict of arms in Europe will cease and give way to a confrontation of ideas.
